At Jewelry by Trinity, we strive to deliver your precious jewelry safely and promptly. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Custom or personalized orders may take up to 7-10 business days for processing.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $4.95
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $9.00
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $29.00
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $300.00
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times will be calculated during checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
Shipping Delays
- While we aim to ship orders promptly, unforeseen delays due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes may occur. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Damaged or Lost Items
- If your jewelry arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at god.ceylan3@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Jewelry by Trinity does not take responsibility for packages lost or stolen during transit or upon arrival. All claims must be filed through the carrier your package was shipped with. Once items have been fulfilled and shipped, it is in the carrier's hand to get your items to you swiftly and on time. We always request delivery confirmation from USPS or FEDEX once packages have been delivered and that serves as our official notice that our products have successfully reached their destination. After receiving official word from USPS or FEDEX, we are not responsible for missing items.
